Description:

St. John’s Wort is traditionally used as a sedative for relief of restlessness or nervousness. St. John's Wort is used for depression, dysthymia, anxiety, heart palpitations, mood disturbances associated with menopause, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and seasonal affective disorder (SAD). St. John's Wort is also recognized as having strong antiviral properties.

Ingredients:

St. John’s Wort (hypericum perforatum, flowering tops) 250mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Distilled water, certified organic alcohol and certified organic vegetable glycerine.

Directions:

Adults: Take 0.8-1.6ml (24-48 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial results.

Cautions:

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use at least 2 weeks before surgery. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a healthcare practitioner: if you experience sleep disturbances; if you are taking conventional medicine such as contraceptives, HIV-1 protease inhibitors, nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, immunosuppresants, anticoagulants, digoxin, theophylline, serotonergic antidepressants, migraine therapies, SSRIs and/or anti-epilepsy drugs; if symptoms persist. Keep out of reach of children.
